Truce Nutrition actually does not support restrictive diets in general.  Truce Nutrition LLC prides itself on individualizing care to each unique, amazing client given their medical history, support system, personality, strengths and barriers.  You will never have to eat foods you dislike or restrict foods you love. We will find a balance to make sure that you can be on board with your health for the long run. It takes two to tango: your mind and your body.
